PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The digital transformation project of ORGANIZACIJSKI SISTEMI d.o.o. aims to modernise operations by introducing new digital tools and technological solutions, developing a web platform with an integrated online shop, implementing a CRM system, procuring equipment for digital and organisational production, and enhancing employee competences through training and participation in international fairs. These activities will enable more efficient management of business processes, better accessibility and distribution of products and services, increased market visibility, and strengthened competitiveness of the company in the single digital market.

Expected results include the digitalisation of key business processes, establishment of a new web platform and CRM system, better organisation of sales and distribution, greater reach for products and services, and enhanced visibility, efficiency, and competitiveness of the company.
